SmartRemote enables a secure chat, exchange of documents and video conferencing in real time with a Fette Compacting technical expert. It offers live troubleshooting support via visual pointing tools on any smartphone or tablet device. SmartRemote allows our engineers to be fully present, and fully immersed in your machine processes.
